Free shipping: United States, Japan, EU countries, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom.

Free shipping but buyers might need to clear customs and pay taxes: South American countries, India, Indonesia, South Africa, Argentina, Chile, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, Ukraine, Vietnam, and Israel.

Can Not Ship Areas: Islamic countries in the Middle East, Turkey, and South Korea.

To help our customers get dolls faster if you are living in the USA, and EU region, we can ship products that are in stock in the local warehouses within the country for better delivery time.

Processing Time:

Normally, it will take 1-3 days to process your order. Topzudi shipping department will start packing your doll(s) immediately after you submitted. Once your doll is packed we will start the shipping process.

Ship From Local Warehouses (USA, EU):

If you make orders that are in stock at our local warehouse in your country, it will take 3 to 7 days to deliver your doll(s) depending on your local carriers.

Ship From Chinese Warehouse:

For sex dolls sent from Chinese warehouses, it will take 7-25 days to ship to USA and Canada. 10-25 days to ship to Europe. 12-35 days to ship to Australia. 3 to 5 days to ship to Asia region.
